TRICKs: Stick to the facts! Here's what I suggest - Before calling, prepare brief notes about the issue you are experiencing and include your expectations. RATIONALE: Call center agents are evaluated in several ways. In addition to "First Call Resolution" of a particular issue, their Average Handle Time must be as low as possible. You will get the Best Service by being
as Brief as possible. If you have two unrelated issues, it may be better to make two telephone calls.
