Your Domain Registrar may offer FREE or Low Cost Web Hosting that also includes Branded eMail boxes. You will need an HTML Editor that resides on your computer because thier Free online editors are not very good. Many HTML Editors have a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Client or Utility built in so you can Up and Down Load your files for editing. If you choose an HTML Editor that does not also FTP files, many FREE or Very Low Cost FTP Clients are available.

TRICK: The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Organization provides a FREE Validation Tool! This is important so your Web Site is easy to navigate and transitional for those visiting your site. This is also important for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) because Search Engines will rank your site higher if it is valid. Web Sites created with FrontPage, DreamWeaver and most other editors FAIL to Validate with their default coding structure! Therefore, you must manually correct the errors found with the Validation Tool.

TRAP: If you use M$ FrontPage, I Do Not Recommend activating FrontPage Extensions with your Web Hosting Provider. There are few benefits and one Serious Trap - In a "pinch" or emergency situation, you cannot access your files with anything other than FrontPage!
